Another trip to the beautiful island of Guernsey for the wedding of Bianca and Jamie Sarre. If you are wondering why a photographer based in East Yorkshire features weddings in the Channel Islands, Guernsey was my home for a very long time and I am still traveling back to photograph weddings because I just can’t resist! So, if you are looking for honest, sensitive and inspired wedding photography it doesn’t matter to me where you live, just give me a call or send me an e-mail.
Married at St Peter’s Church, Guernsey with a big celebration afterwards at The Farmhouse hotel Jamie and Bianca’s wedding featured an abundance of my favourite peonies and dusky pink roses, blingy shoes to die for and a real Candy Shoppe. Thank you Bianca for saving me a dipped oreo – I had my eye on those all night ;o)
We took a drive across to Pembroke beach around 6pm which luckily on such a bright and sunny day was fairly deserted. It was worth the journey …
Beautiful light, a beautiful bride and guests who knew how to party. Enjoy. I did.
Heartfelt thanks to Carly Bevan, my traveling companion and second pair of eyes on the day.
